So in terms of saving money since the holiday credit card bill showed up, I’m doing a pretty shitty job. Since Christmas, I’ve gone and bought a PS3 with Ratchet and Clank, bought the full edition of Rock Band (both of these are arguably worth the price), contemplated re-applying the leech that is a WoW subscription (most definitely a waste of both time and money, but avoiding relapses is difficult) and now I’ve gone and bought Rez HD and the new Advance Wars.
After really getting into Company of Heroes, I’ve turned a new page on how I view strategy games. Now I’m really enjoying this genre now that I’ve dabbled back into Starcraft, C&C3 and WC3. And after having just gone through the few missions in Advance Wars, I’m loving this as well.
Still gotta do a few skirmish missions though, before I can make a real judgment. And unfortunately, a paper criticism due in 5 days and a delayed statistics quiz are calling me away from my various gaming systems.
I suppose I could procrastinate by trolling the priest forums on WoW.com…
